Parker County ESD 1 is a dynamic paid/volunteer combination organization providing Fire Suppression/Prevention/ and Rescue in the North Texas area. We operate out of 8 stations protecting over 86,000 residents in four incorporated cities and across 320 square miles of unincorporated Parker County. We are responsible for emergency response in the communities of Aledo, Springtown, Peaster, LaJunta, Silver Creek, The Annettas, Poolville and Willow Park. ESD 1 responds to over 3,300 calls annually while providing automatic/mutual aid across Parker County and portions of Tarrant, Wise, and Johnson Counties.
